Before entering the landscape industry full time, Mark earned a technology degree and spent 12 years in technology management, specializing in customer support and project management. This background shaped how Fulcrum Landscape operates today, with a strong emphasis on planning, clear communication, and accountability. Mark made the transition because he wanted to work outdoors, build tangible results, and find fulfillment in creating something real with his hands rather than working behind a desk.
